We work with Savaco, a software company based in Kortrijk, Belgium. Our systems are supported by technologies such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
Why do we process your data?
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your first name, last name, and email address. This information is required to send you the newsletter, which is distributed four times per year. Your email address is securely stored with Mailchimp, an email marketing platform that does not buy, sell, or manage mailing lists on behalf of individuals or organisations. It stores and processes your data in accordance with current industry-standard security measures. You can unsubscribe from the Kodo Fund newsletter at any time.
We also analyse your behaviour on our website to improve it and to tailor the services and products we offer to your preferences.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Your data is used internally within the Kodo Fund group and is only shared with third parties when necessary for the execution of an agreement or to comply with legal obligations.
How long do we retain your data?
Kodofund retains your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We apply the following retention periods per category:

Shareholders/customers: As long as the relationship exists + 5 years after termination (e.g. for tax purposes)
